TMG

What is TMG

TMG – Telecom Meeting in Georgia is a telecom event that is held each year in Georgia. This action-packed two day event brings together voice and data operators, equipment manufacturers and system integrators from Europe and CIS countries to meet with the Georgian telecom companies and representatives of other regions of Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan) all in one place.

Format & Venues the two-day event starts with the main event of TMG, starting at 9:00 and finishing at 17:00. The main event (official part) opens with a welcome speech and includes panel-table discussions and company presentations; delegates meet at bilateral tables at the same time. Welcome coffee, coffee-break and lunch is included in the main event of TMG.

The official part is followed by after-party and welcomes all registered delegates of TMG. Guests enjoy our costumed, thematic parties held at different places of the city – music halls, party venues or historical buildings. Browse through our photo-gallery to see how awesome parties we have had.

As an already established tradition, the second day of TMG is dedicated to the whole-day socializing event taking place outside Tbilisi, in the eastern region of Georgia, famous for its wine producing culture, gourmet cuisine and golden, beautiful autumns. Each year we carefully pick a venue for the socializing event and offer our delegates an opportunity to socialize, enjoy wine tasting and traditional dinner, discuss business opportunities and participate in activities like golf-playing, horse riding and more in a relaxed nature of the countryside.

Dates Telecom Meeting in Georgia is held in autumn, mostly by the end of October or in early November. Each year we select the dates convenient for the delegates from different regions – to avoid simultaneity with other telecom events or major public/religious holidays. TMG usually starts on Wednesday and finishes on Thursday; previous event surveys showed that most of our attendees feel comfortable to travel to Tbilisi on weekdays and leave the country close to weekends. Your opinion on conference dates is welcome; please use our contact form for leaving your feedback and suggestions.
